Decimort is a bit crusher high quality. Electronic music producers (especially in Hip-Hop) have always been aware that classic samplers (such as early Akai units and E-MU) had a character and own sound. They added a “grain” and “color” to the samples and reproducing loops, which made them sound “fat” and sit in a mixture. This sound coloration was due to coding techniques, lower sampling frequencies, lower bit rate and conversion circuits which these early samplers used.
Decimort recreates this colouration and adds the vintage magic shows any loop, bass line or sound played through it. It also acts as the perfect bit crusher with filter.
The complex processing algorithms and advanced signal within Decimort simulate the behavior of the whole sampling path which exists in every AD / DA converter. Decimort no internal aliasing. The only effect of aliasing is present in the system modeling alias of the classic samplers d16 modeled when creating it. Unwanted artifacts are not present in the processed signal. There are only desired devices. It can be applied another low pass filter steep, synchronized with the frequency of the signal at the end of the signal path to absolutely ensure that no unwanted remain out of band signals.

Two anti-alias optional filters: prefilter steep low pass filtered (approximate) coupled to the resampling frequency that removes all harmonic content above it, ensuring that no alias appears below this frequency in the spectrum . Other post – filter (filter image), also synchronized with the sampler, gives control over the number of images displayed alias above resampling frequency when enabled.
Adjustable Jitter – Introducing random fluctuations of short resampling frequency producing different types of harmonic distortion.
